Hi Everyone who came, who wanted to come and people who will come in the future! It was another beautiful day at the piers of Red Hook. As usual, The Fairway supermarket was busy and so was BWAC(brooklyn waterfront artist coalition) and of course New York Creates. Thank you guys for showing your support for brooklyn crafts artist!
This is the ending of the first cycle this week at New York Creates Crafts Festival. So it is a sad and yet a good time to reflect and work on other things to make this event wonderful. We will be returning Saturday July 28 for the start of our second cycle. So please come out to Redhook that day and enjoy yourself with the waterfront, the view of the Statue of Liberty, snack on Steve's Keylime Pies and grab yourself a lobster roll from fairway. To keep you more busy, drop by BWAC and check out over 200 artist putting their works for exhibit and sale.
The artist and crafters who came out today where Judith Hooper, Segal Isaacson, Allyson Hayes, Kevin Barry, and Marsha Trattner. All are talented, professional, and have a love of what they do. You can see more of their work here.
If you did not make it out to the crafts show, bwac, steve's keylime pie, fairway, or the botanical garden please come by. Their are so many things to do. Drop by the New York Creates Craft Festival and have some sparkling lemonade and wonderfully made brownies by our own Judith Hooper.
Tomorrow, will be our last day of the first cycle, so drop by our crafts festival and ask what you can do at RedHook while you are here.
